Willow easily. She's quicker and smarter with her spells and from what I've seen Willow's are much, much more powerful.
This is a tough one for me.
I'm not familiar with Antonia. But Willow certainly kicked (and skinned!) Warren's ass so...yeah...evil Willow rules!
Willow. Hands down. She'd drain the magical energy from Antonia faster than u can say "Sookie Sandwich with Bill & Eric"... for the pure and simple purpose of adding more veins to her face.

@Prince, Lucifer and Damien-The only way you would say Antonia is if you've never watched Buffy.
@Prince, I watched Buffy till this day on CHILLER. Willow drains too much. I haven't seen Antonia use a lot of her craft. It is really hard to tell still. Zander had no problem taking Willow down.

Antonia only seems to have power over the dead. Willow fillets people and teleports.
Dark Willow because she was just toooo pissed off. Everyone's fair game when your girlfriend's been shot. That's love right there LOL!
