Why not blame it on GOP's House Majority Leader Rep. Eric Cantor? In March, Cantor came out in favor of greatly slashing the USGS. Yesterday, where was the epicenter of the quake? Yes. Cantor's very own congressional district.

Two things the world's religions agree on: subjugate women, hate the queers

Homos have been around a long time.
If anything this was a wakeup call to the folks spreading hate. What goes on in Washington is spilling out on the planet.

Grandpa Pat Robertson said the same type of thing, but he instead of blaming the gays specifically he blames the metrosexuals. So straight guys who get manicures and pedicures and a decent haircut. This is your fault too.

“All across the Eastern seaboard, there are men who get manicures, wear designer eyewear and know about thread counts,” Rev. Robertson. “God finds this somewhat gay-like behavior confusing, and He responded by getting mildly peeved.”

What, you missed the commandment, Thou shall not know of or discuss the thread count of your garments? Must be the part of the Bible that only he is privy too.
