Marriage Equality group uses Laura Bush and Dick Cheney in latest Ad

The Respect for Marriage Coalition is launching a $1 million media campaign in support of marriage equality. However, they have an interesting tactic of using former first lady Laura Bush and former Vice President Dick Cheney to sell the message.

Very interesting that they use Colin Powell, Laura Bush and Dick Cheney. It think the tide finally turned. I recall Netroots in 2012. I went to a session about marriage equality. In it they outlined the messaging and sure enough - that is what is happening now.

I'm skipping Netroots 2013 - it's an off political year and therefore it won't be as much fun. I'll probably go in 2014 though.
